PipePax’s in-house designers develop a 3D design which is used in the production and assembly line where the pipework, clips and hangers are formed and cut to the design specification. The assembly line sorts them into individual batches, ready to be delivered.
PipePax provides a mapping system for installing the ‘cast in anchors’ which are used to suspend the waste water system from the slab. This innovative process is customized for each job and with the elimination of drilling, a safe and dustless environment can be provided for the workers. It’s a tested and proven process that not only minimises mess but also saves on site installation time.
