We have been able to continually realise substantial savings on our onsite Labour costs as a result of getting Pipepax on board,
From pre-fabricated drainage systems, pre-fabricated hydraulic valve boards and even bulk pre-fabricated clips for larger repetitive projects.
With the upfront investment in the pre fabrication process it pays of in spades on the project!
I have worked with the product for 4 years now, Pre-fab is a very easy product to use if done right.
Some key points are:
1. Ease of installation for all skill levels from apprentices to 20yrs Experince and more
2.The time saved if needing to change the plumbing system due to no glue.
3.The speed of installation and hand over due to the push fit system and elimination of lagging.
4.Template deck set outs save time and skill level for anyone working on the system
5.Prefabbed stacks save time of finding gear on site, time for ordering and less walking around the job to find the one or two fitting you my be troubled for.
Over all the product and system works as long as you understand and use all the right tools and lubes.
